Custom Tote

Made using 1000D Cordura Nylon.
We have many colors in stock.

Use the custom tote menu below to choose the bag colour/s, size, strap length, thread colour and more.

Each tote size has some differences to keep the proportions right which you can read about in the model info tab below.

Here are some details that are consistent throughout the sizes.

  • Simple 1 panel bag design.
  • 2 outside pockets (except for mini).
  • Hand-made 2 piece cordura straps that run right around to the bottom centre of the bag.
    This means that your bag load is supported by the whole strap and bag together.
  • Bag base is double thick to cover the straps and add an extra layer of wear resistance.
  • Polyester thread is used throughout and internal seams are bound.
  • Options to add on a key clip, interior zip pocket, or close the top with with kam snaps or a #8 YKK Zipper.
  • Each tote is Handmade by Jake in Byron Bay, Australia.

What is Cordura?

Cordura is the ultimate bag fabric.
It has the look and feel of canvas but the resilience of plastic.
It has a weight of around 360gsm.
Jakes Totes are intended to last for at least 10 years of every day use.
Cordura is extremely abrasion resistant and won't attract mold and mildew like cotton fabrics do.

  • The mini Tote has 20mm wide straps.
    60cm strap length is standard for this size.

  • The Small Tote has 30mm wide straps.
  • 60cm & 65cm straps work well for this size.

Tall Tote - $160 AUD
38cm H X 28cm W X 15cm D

  • The Tall Tote has 30mm wide straps.
  • 60cm & 65cm straps work well for this size.

Medium Tote - $160 AUD

  • The Medium Tote has 30mm wide straps.
  • 65cm strap length is standard for this size.

Large Tote - $170 AUD

  • The large size tote will fit a 15 inch laptop without distorting the bag.
  • The Large Tote has 30mm wide straps.
    65cm strap length is standard for this size.

Extra Large Tote - $220 AUD

15" H X 22" W X 9" D

  • The XL Tote dimensions are the maxium size for air travel carry on baggage.
  • The XL Tote has 35mm wide straps.
    60cm strap length is standard for this size.
